[12:08] Kika Yongho: Hello Photographers!
Woot! Super exciting episode today: we have a double interview in our lineup! So, please: get ready and seated comfortably while I proceed with this episode intro. [12:09] Kika Yongho: Okay before starting to introduce our two guests: Belice Benoir and -Ñïéü™- (NieuwenHove Resident), I want to briefly mention that we have a dispenser here next to me, to give out a free prop for you! In fact next week we will be waiting for your photos taken using the above mentioned object, theme Winter! All the instructions are inside the folder that you will receive by clicking the dispenser and in 2 weeks we will see your artworks here!
[12:10] Kika Yongho: This said.. Back to today! So: who are our guests of honor, partners in crime (read: art!) and in a couple on SL? I will use their words to describe who they are and their SL artful mission! Ladies first: Nieu says about Belice that she is… “is one of the most amazing artist painter in SL…. She is capturing as well as revealing our most secret desires and kinks. She is interpreting our deep feelings and her artwork is like the benchmarks of an exploratory path to the most deep and intimate side of ourselves…”
[12:11] Kika Yongho: And more: “She exploits with simplicity and evidence all the pictorial techniques by combining photography, drawing and painting, and the obvious sensuality of the forms, substances, colors and movements that she creates takes us to the very depths of our secret lusts. It reveals us to ourselves, it generates in us new discoveries and it pushes the limits of our most sensible dreams…”
[12:12] Kika Yongho: But! “Belice Benoir is also the designer and the urbanist of Noir’Wen city, a post industrial city amazingly mixing stores, art galleries, entertainments, clubs and bar,… A complete life set at your disposal for your exploration and discovery.”

[12:14] Kika Yongho: And now, while we wait for his avatar… Nieu! “Nieuwenhove, Belice’s partner, is the initiator, the conceptor and the co-designer of Noir’Wen city. [12:17] Josephine Delvalle: Dear photographers and artists, welcome to a new round of our biweekly discussions.
[12:17] Josephine Delvalle: This time we have a slightly different interview. We have two interview partners . We will ask both of them the same house questions.
[12:17] Josephine Delvalle: After our 7 house questions, it’s your turn, dear photographers. You are free to address your question also to both or just to one of them. So please say before you type your question to whom it is addressed.
[12:18] Josephine Delvalle: Belice are you ready?
[12:18] Belice Benoir: Born ready!
[12:20] Josephine Delvalle: 1. Who are you? Who is your partner? Define yourself and them in 3 words or a motto for each of you
[12:21] Josephine Delvalle: Belice please will you start
[12:21] Belice Benoir: Who am I?..I guess Kika made such a great introduction..its better to let others describe oneself…as Nieu did too
[12:22] Josephine Delvalle: shakes head … no, no, no, we want your answer
[12:23] Belice Benoir: I am simply ..just me ..defined..I guess by sensuality and positivity…( so I like to say)
[12:23] Belice Benoir: but also…the three words come into play…or 4
[12:24] Belice Benoir: Creative, Chaos, Positivity! and a 4th LOVE
[12:24] Josephine Delvalle: smiles, great words
[12:24] Josephine Delvalle: and how would you define Nieu, Belice?
[12:24] Belice Benoir: Nieu..my man, a highly sensible man…in his dreams, in his life ..but also thriving to bring out the best in each around him…the people he loves
[12:25] Belice Benoir: he cares for but with a hidden strength and self secure compassion
[12:26] Josephine Delvalle: wow and we ask Nieu/Kika
[12:27] Kika Yongho: (Nieu’s words but I will do with my voice if you don’t mind :D)
[12:27] Kika Yongho: Nieu said about himself: passionate, humanist, dreamer
[12:28] Kika Yongho: And for Belice, Nieu said: passionate, deep and true, deliciously kinky
[12:29] Josephine Delvalle: smiles, thank you
[12:29] Josephine Delvalle: 2. Who are your biggest artistic influences (in RL or SL) and how do they contribute to shape you as you are now?
[12:29] Josephine Delvalle: Belice, you start again, please
[12:30] Belice Benoir: My influence is “life”…starting form nature then diving deep into characters, soul of humans. A feeling can come to live in art…..if the spectator feels exactly this ..you achieved your goal.
[12:31] Belice Benoir: It can be ….a glimpse of something..color, sparkle ..it can be a feeling…as said it can be even a scent…all around us is “art” in a way its who it makes us feel thats the main importance.
[12:31] Belice Benoir: and to bring that lasting into our world(s) is the ART
[12:32] Belice Benoir: and for the second part of the question
[12:33] Belice Benoir: It has shaped me …in a way….my artistic journey, to be more open..for all that I described above, more listening if that makes sense, listening inside ourselves. Done

“My artistic influences are very eclectic and varied, with nevertheless a particular interest in music as a gateway into the world of the arts.” …
“In SL, my greatest revelation was my discovery of the artistic creations of Belice Benoir with whom I fell madly in love… with her artworks first before meeting her (I collected almost all the artwork of her gallery), then with her as a precious and caring friend and then, later, as a woman and partner in our shared intimate and profound explorations.” …

[12:38] Josephine Delvalle: 3. How does your “SL art(s)” side help you in other areas of your RL and SL? Belice, please.
[12:39] Belice Benoir: It opened even further a world into my own sexuality, as in RL I could have never been so expressive to the outside world as I could in SL..this is for SL
[12:40] Belice Benoir: but also my RL…was touched deeply…as this journey here…opened many varied ..how should I say..kinks to explore and find what for myself is..the one..I feel deepest connected in RL. Done
[12:41] Josephine Delvalle: thank you and now Nieu with Kika’s voice
[12:42] Kika Yongho: Nieu said about this question: “the arts in both lives deeply help me to live, to breathe, to hope, to love, to dream, to communicate and to imagine better worlds… “

[12:43] Josephine Delvalle: 4. Show us a photo / artwork that you wish to dedicate to your partner (can be yours or by anyone else), and tell us why you selected that one for them.
[12:43] Josephine Delvalle: Belice please
[12:44] Belice Benoir: ohhh nooo….I can not …one is far too little …there are so many that I wish to dedicate to Nieu …from morning into the night…each a different moment of love, thoughts, feelings….do not let me decide on one…please visit my gallery, almost each is an example of one moment.
[12:45] Josephine Delvalle: I am sure, many of us will do, and Kika talking Nieu
[12:47] Kika Yongho: Nieu wanted to display this: “one of my personal and private artwork made for Belice (blushing).”

[12:52] Josephine Delvalle: 5. What question would you ask now to your partner? And how would you have been replying to it, if they’d ask you? Belice, will you start?
[12:53] Belice Benoir: Simply: I love you…no questions are open on this level :-)….If I have questions for him, I ask him straight away…no tiptoeing around …we have a deep connection and understanding of each other
[12:54] Josephine Delvalle: and Nieu with Kikas voice
[12:54] Kika Yongho: And Nieu said to Belice: “I beliciously love you. Do you? Me too neither.”

[12:57] A. (ava.darkheart): my question is for both of you :
[12:57] Kika Yongho: c

(ava.darkheart): I noticed that you allowed AI in the contest requirements, and omitted other artistic categories (music, literature, cinema, performing and scenic arts)… Why this choice, and does it mean that you consider AI as a real art form despite the growing controversy about the theft of intellectual property and the criticism of the lack of creative work from users? Done
[12:58] Belice Benoir: ok..I am sure Nieu would be better to answer but I try my best…first you are right about the controversial use of AI
[12:59] Belice Benoir: I personally did not use AI in my artworks…but diving deeper…into the AI world myself..just simply to understand it better so..I can judge for myself
[13:00] Belice Benoir: I find…to write a prompt for AI is also an art form to show what you from deep within envisioned, our goal is to separate the easy created from the well thought out.
[13:01] Belice Benoir: we are exploring AI this will …give us a chance to evaluate also for this time. Done

[13:03] Belice Benoir: But I am happy to speak to Ava about it more

[13:04] Kika Yongho: I went to see your gallery and is really a beautiful collection of art that hits straight to the senses (I recommend a visit, LM is in Belice’s profile!). Is that your main source of inspiration for arts? Done
[13:05] Belice Benoir: How do you mean Kika..main source of Inspiration? You mean the medium?
[13:05] Josephine Delvalle: Yes, please, do you also to get the missing answer of question no 4 … you know.
[13:05] Kika Yongho: If senses inspire your art or vice versa ? I mean touch, view, feel..
[13:06] Belice Benoir: My art are my senses
[13:06] Belice Benoir: no matter if its the city or the gallery canvases
[13:07] Belice Benoir: But please approach me or Nieu any time
